Abstract

|
This study investigated the research trends by analyzing articles published in Korean Journal of Psychodrama, The Journal of Korean Association for Psychodrama & Sociodrama from 1998 to 2010. A total of 103 published articles were categorized into the following types: the literature research types, the investigation research types, and the experiment research types. The classified data are then analyzed by SPSSWIN VERSION 12.0 Program for such technical statistics as percentage and frequencies. The results are as follows: First, the number of published articles increased on a yearly basis. In the study types, the literature research types(48.5%) and the experiment research types(46.6%) made up the majority. Second, a majority of the literature research type articles focused on the understanding of theory and perspective with respect to psychodrama (52.0%). Third, in the investigation research type articles, the majority of participants were under graduate and adults, constituting 40.0%. The methodology of the investigation research was to perform survey targeting groups of people instead of individuals. Fourth, the experiment research type had adult participants(58.3%), norman participants(54.2%), social type (35.4%), both pre-and post tests with single group(56.7%), and scattered session group (71.1%). Regarding therapeutic duration, a period of 11 hours to 20 hours(41.7%) were most popular. As for the follow-ups, 87.1% of the total articles haven`t done the follow -ups.
